Momentos de alegria se vivieron ayer en el Pro-Am del Panama Claro Championship del Tour de Nationwide de PGA.
Scott Stallings, un jugador de apenas 24 años y Novato en el Tour estadounidense, se llevo los honores junto a su equipo, con un sensacional 18 bajo el par del Club de Golf de Panama.
El ambiente.
La camaraderia fue total. Los profesionales reian y los aficionados bailaban al sonar de los grandes golpes, de drives inmensos, de putts perfectos.
Manuel Villegas, Jim Herman, Robert Gates fueron algunos, entre los 37 profesionales, que participaron en el Pro-Am.
El golfista colombiano Manny Villegas, hermano de la figura del PGA Tour, Camilo Villegas, demostro que esta para grandes cosas en el golf mundial.
“Me senti muy contento al compartir con los ‘amateurs’ momentos extraordinarios”, menciono el jugador nacido en Medellin, Colombia, y graduado de la Universidad de Florida en Estados Unidos.
